Jacob J. Beckel, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Beckel has been an executive in the Specialty Pharmacy Business for the past 17 years and has over 25 years of broad-based pharmacy management experience. Prior to founding Genesis Pharmacy Services in 1997, which became Custom Care Pharmacy in 1998, and AnazaoHealth in 2004, he was Chairman and CEO of MP TotalCare, one of the largest respiratory compounding pharmacies in the United States. Mr. Beckel began his career with Shopper's Drug Mart and later founded and operated several local retail pharmacies. He is Chairman of the Board for the International Journal of Pharmaceutical Compounding (IJPC), a fellow of the International Academy of Compounding Pharmacists (IACP) and serves as a member of the University of Florida College of Pharmacy Advisory Executive Committee. Mr. Beckel received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy from North Dakota State University. Mr. Beckel served in the United States Marine Corps from 1974 to 1976.

Christopher A. Arnette, President and Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Arnette first joined AnazaoHealth as a management consultant in 2001 and became our Chief Operating Officer in July of 2002. He was appointed President of AnazaoHealth in 2003. His previous experience includes Managing Principal for IBM Global Services, where he was a member of the leadership team responsible for IBM consulting services in the southeastern United States. Mr. Arnette's industry experience includes health care, manufacturing, distribution and financial services. He also served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Kelly Services, a $5 billion staffing services company located in 27 countries with 2,600 offices around the world. Mr. Arnette was a member of the Managing Committee and Quality Council along with serving as Chairman of the United Way Campaign. Mr. Arnette received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Livingston University, and his MBA Degree with honors from the University of South Florida.

Robert G. McKenzie, Senior Vice President, Research and Development
Mr. McKenzie joined AnazaoHealth in January 1998 as Vice President, Nuclear Pharmacy and was responsible for developing our nuclear pharmacy division. In 2007, Mr. McKenzie was appointed to Sr. Vice President, Research and Development with responsibilities for developing and expanding our nuclear related products and services. Mr. McKenzie is a Nuclear Pharmacist and has management experience both at Mallinckrodt, the world's 1st commercial cyclotron producing positron emitters, and with Amersham, a world leader in medical diagnostics and in life sciences. Mr. McKenzie is a consultant to NASA and works with the astronauts and cosmonauts returning from the International Space Station. He has been involved with seven investigational radiotherapies for cancer and two investigational cardiac imaging drugs. Mr. McKenzie began the first national distribution program for preloaded brachytherapy seeds in cartridges and the first preloaded sterile brachytherapy needles. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy from Florida A & M University and his MBA from Florida Metropolitan University. Mr. McKenzie also completed post graduate work in Nuclear Pharmacy from Mercer University in Atlanta.

Timothy J. Bresnahan, PMP, Director, Information Technology and Brachytherapy Operations
Mr. Bresnahan first joined AnazaoHealth as an internet and systems consultant in 2000, and then became IT Manager in March of 2001. In September 2006, he was appointed Director, Information Technology. He is responsible for leading the company's information technology department, including application software development, system implementations, computer operations, communications, networking and security. In September 2008 he gained responsibility to lead AnazaoHealth's Brachytherapy division. Prior to joining AnazaoHealth, Mr. Bresnahan was an operations and systems consultant with Coopers & Lybrand and PriceWaterhouseCoopers. He received his MBA and Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration (Decision Information Science) from the University of Florida.

David Joseph, Rph, Director, Pharmacy Operations
Mr. Joseph joined AnazaoHealth in May 2005. Mr. Joseph comes to Anazaohealth with over 25 years of highly successful experience managing all aspects of long term care pharmacy, mail service pharmacy, specialty pharmacy and pharmacy benefits management operations. His previous experience includes serving as Director and Executive Director for Pharmerica, heading operations for both their mail service operation, servicing more than 1 million prescriptions transactions per year and long-term care operations, servicing 325,000 long term care beds from 16 locations. He has served on the board of the PCMA (Pharmaceutical Care Management Association) and is a member of the Florida Pharmacy Association. Mr. Joseph received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy from the Ohio State University, College of Pharmacy.

Douglas Berkoff, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Berkoff joined AnazaoHealth in January 2009 as Director of Finance and Accounting. In October 2010, he was appointed Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He brings with him over 19 years of significant corporate management experience with an expertise in Manufacturing & Service environments. Prior to AnazaoHealth, Mr. Berkoff served as Controller for Evatone, Inc., a privately owned Optical Disc manufacturing, printing, and fulfillment company. In addition, Mr. Berkoff served as a Divisional Controller for AAR Corporation, an $800 million dollar aerospace & aircraft manufacturer working primarily in Department of Defense & private sector programs. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from University of South Florida and graduated with a Masters Degree in Accounting from LaSalle University.

David Ballesteros Jr., PharmD, MBA, NPh, Nuclear Pharmacy Manager
Dr. Ballesteros joined AnazaoHealth in February 2010. From 2000 to 2001, David was an Ambulatory Care Clinical Pharmacist at the James Haley Veterans Hospital in Tampa. David transitioned into operations management in 2001 as a Call Center Operations Manager with Medco. In 2007, he was the Director of Mail-Order Operations with Pharmacy Management Services, Inc. (PMSI), where he was responsible for providing leadership to a staff of 100+ employees with budgeted revenue of 80+ million dollars per year. He was also a Clinical Assistant Professor with the University of Florida’s Working Professional PharmD Program (WPPD). Dr. Ballesteros served as a Pharmacist Officer in the US Army Reserves, 345th Combat Support Hospital, Bravo Company, St. Petersburg, FL. His military service from January 2001 – April 2009 includes commanding a Headquarters Company Field Hospital with a total authorized strength of 320 US Army Reservists and 2 civilians. He received his direct commission as a US Army Officer in 2001, and attained the rank of Captain. He served in Desert Shield and Desert Storm Operations as an enlisted soldier from 1988 to 1992. David completed his undergraduate work at the University of Florida and received his PharmD at Nova Southeastern University and completed his Pharmacy Practice residency at the University of California in San Francisco. He completed his MBA from the University of Tampa with a concentration in Management.
Hal J. Weaver, General Manager, Custom Pharmacy Division
Mr. Weaver first joined AnazaoHealth’s Nuclear Pharmacy Operations team in October 2000, and became the Nuclear Pharmacy Supervisor in 2002. In 2004 he was promoted to Brachytherapy Operations Manager. He was responsible for leading the Brachytherapy Division’s daily operations, business development and quality system design and implementation. In 2005 the Brachytherapy Division achieved ISO13485:2003 certification, required to expand Brachytherapy services globally. AnazaoHealth was the first Nuclear Pharmacy in the United States to achieve this certification. In August of 2008, he was appointed General Manager, Custom Pharmacy Division located in Las Vegas, Nevada. He is the on-site senior manager and responsible for all pharmacy operations and Custom business development. Prior to joining AnazaoHealth, Mr. Weaver owned and operated an Information Technology services business for 10 years in the Tampa Bay area. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Management Information Systems and Decision Sciences from University of South Florida’s College of Business Administration.
