AnazaoHealth™ Corporation announced today that it has purchased the assets of Plum Creek Pharmaceuticals, Inc. located in Amarillo, Texas.

Tampa, FL --(BUSINESS WIRE)—April 4, 2006—AnazaoHealth™ Corporation announced today that it has purchased the assets of Plum Creek Pharmaceuticals, Inc. located in Amarillo, Texas. The transaction, which was completed today, will allow Plum Creek, a national specialty pharmacy licensed in over 40 states, to continue to operate as a separate division within AnazaoHealth. Additionally, Plum Creek’s management and employees have all been retained to ensure a seamless transition.
