Hal Weaver, President
​
Hal Weaver first joined AnazaoHealth in 2000 and worked for the Nuclear and Brachytherapy business lines in various leadership positions for 8 years in the Tampa location. In 2008, Hal moved to Las Vegas, NV to lead AnazaoHealth’s newly acquired Custom Compounding Division, which became AnazaoHealth’s 503B operations in 2014. In 2016, Hal moved back to Tampa and served as the company’s President for 2 years, then was promoted to President of Fagron North America (AnazaoHealth’s parent company) for 2 years. Currently, Hal is President of Fagron North America’s Health and Wellness Division as well as President of AnazaoHealth. Hal received his MIS Business BS degree from the University of South Florida and his MBA degree from UNLV.
Dustin McCoy, Senior Vice President, Commercial Operations

Dustin brings to AnazaoHealth over 20 years of leadership at McKesson, where he led large-scale commercial operations and strategic partnerships across a $100B+ portfolio. Most recently, he led PharmaTrust Health, building a high-growth pharmacy network and advanced pricing capabilities. At AnazaoHealth, Dustin's focus is on driving commercial growth and building scalable infrastructure. Dustin is based in Dallas, TX.
Doug Cammann, R.Ph., Vice President of Operations, LV

Doug Cammann is a Registered Pharmacist with a degree from Oregon State University and has over 14 years of experience in a compounding pharmacy. In 2013, Doug became the lead pharmacist for the Las Vegas pharmacy. He oversaw the transition of AnazaoHealth’s Las Vegas Facility from a 503A Pharmacy into a 503B FDA-Registered Outsourcing Facility that is compliant with cGMP standards. He is now Vice President of Operations for the Las Vegas Outsourcing Facility.
Dennis Davis, R.Ph., BCNP, Director of Pharmacy Operations
Dennis Davis first joined AnazaoHealth in 2016 as the Pharmacy Operations Manager. Dennis brings a great deal of experience to his role as Director of Pharmacy Operations in Tampa. Prior to joining AnazaoHealth, he worked at Mallinckrodt/Covidien as a Pharmacy Manager and Corporate Operations Manager for twenty-five years. Dennis is a Board Certified Nuclear Pharmacist and has been a part of the nuclear medicine community since graduating from St. Louis College of Pharmacy in 1985. He completed a nuclear pharmacy residency at the Medical University of South Carolina.
Michelle Kennedy, Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Michelle Kennedy joined AnazaoHealth in 2011 as Western Regional Sales Account Manager, covering the company’s three pharmacy divisions across 13 states west of Colorado. Promoted to Director of Sales and Marketing in 2015, she was named Vice President of Sales and Marketing in 2022 and most recently assumed the role of Vice President of Marketing and Commercial Initiatives. Michelle leads marketing, growth initiatives, and cross-functional sales and operations programs while developing and executing revenue-driven sales and marketing strategies and fostering strong relationships with market leaders and customers. Trained in nursing in St. Petersburg, FL, Michelle brings a medical background and deep expertise in HRT, weight management, age management, pain management, IV nutrition, and nuclear medicine. She is a native spanish speaker.
Kerri Norris, Vice President of Business Development

Kerri Norris brings to AnazaoHealth over a decade of executive leadership experience driving revenue growth and operational excellence across the healthcare and telecommunications industries. Most recently, she served as an Area Vice President, where she oversaw a $55M+ portfolio, led a division of over 60 professionals, and designed regional training centers that substantially increased provider adoption. Throughout her career, she has transitioned from top-performing field roles to senior corporate positions, establishing a proven track record in contract negotiation, national customer success, and market expansion. At AnazaoHealth, Kerri’s focus is on driving strategic business development, optimizing operational standards, and mentoring high-performance teams to achieve scalable growth.
